The days get shorter and the nights get long. I like the autumn but this place is getting old. I pack my belongings and head for the coast. It might not be a lot but I feel like I'm making the most.

Also, after a very hilarious email from Six Shooter Records in where they recount a story about a bet made by Shout Out Out Out Out to Whitey Houston (I fully expect no one to know who these bands are) that he eat a 9lb box of mandarins while on stage, I came to wonder is it only us Canadians that use the term "get the runs"?

I was watching a documentary about the way Canadians speak and the weird phrases that we use. Like two-four. Do you not call a case of beer a two-four?

It's winter time so this means pomegranites. If anyone can think of a more graceful way to eat a pomegranite that does not involve sitting on the floor swathed in dish towels, please let me know.
