Pack my suit in a bag...

To the Frames in Prague, Brno, and Vienna or bust.

Ha, like this would ever happen but that would be checking of three places in the world that I want to go to in a matter of three days. Whenever they play Prague, it's always in some really atmospheric Baroque courtyard at dusk. Plus, there's always trips to see Egon Schiele's landscape exibits in Vienna. I think this should be a planned trip for next year. Anyone want to come?

Today a very shy, blonde, Russian looking man came to re-plaster the hole in my wall. He was about my age and wouldn't look me in the eye. I saved the embarassment of me watching him and went to study in the kitchen instead. Did I mention that my super came in my apartment while I was half-asleep and in my nightgown (!!) the afternoon after the Frames show? Yeah he did and I had to tell him and the plumber to wait outside while I got dressed. The plumber, also my age but acted 12 years old and said words that I won't even repeat here, knocked in two large holes in my wall while I stood there with my mouth open. Aparently, my bathtub was leaking into the ceiling of the woman down stairs and had to be fixed right away. My lovely super Terry even brought a peice of cardboard to cover said hole so James wouldn't go into it and die, etc.

My midterms are over and I am doing nothing tomorrow. Actually maybe I'll go see Elizabethtown. Cameron Crowe was talking about who inspired the film (songwriters with story-like songs) and he named Josh Ritter and Kathleen Edwards. Yet neither of them have songs in the movie. I'm glad for this because I do not want all the little Orlando Bloom lovers liking my Joshy.

Oh my god.

Go make your own radio station at Yahoo UK. You can rate artists and then they create a station for you based on your choices. Iron & Wine is playing on mine right now. Not because I chose it but because it chose it for me (sometimes there's a glitch and you get someone like Michael Bolton). And they have everyone: The Dirty Three, Will Oldham, and wow, The Weakerthans. Plus there's all my Irish bands that I don't need to list.

Jason - They are not gay, they're just considerate. There's a difference.

Lissa - He "forgives" you for not liking Jeff Buckley? Whatever. If he can't eat like an adult then there's no reason why you need to like Jeff Buckley.
