Sunset Boulevard will strip for money. Mulholland is a long drag for the lonely hearts. Down along Imperial Valley runs a river of homelessness and cinema stars.

So Sundays are apparently the day when half of UofT's Varsity football team comes to Booster Juice. Becuase of their above-average size, I don't know how many of them there actually are. I'd guess about a dozen. They take up a lot of space. I would appreciate it if the twelve or so of you did not all stand around the blenders STARING at me. Jesus!

Also, the walk along Bloor from the store to the bus stop is prime for celebrity sitings. Celebrities seen today: 2.

1. Kate Hudson walking from the Intercontinental into a black SUV. They rolled out a red carpet for her. My god.

2. (And I am not even joking about this one because if I were to lie about seeing an actor I would so not choose him because I don't even find him all that appealing.) I wondered why there were all these screeming pre-pubescent girls and boys and then someone yelled "he's in the back of that car". The car stops at a light. Instead of walking on, I paused and just as I did the window opens. Orlando Bloom. He shook a few peoples hands and the window went back up.

And that was all.

I want to try to see a movie this week. Maybe Brokeback Mountain if there's any tickets left. A gay cowboy drama? Yes, please.

I also want to see Walk the Line because Joaquin Phoenix as Johnny Cash is almost more than I can handle. The first night is the gala and I wouldn't go to that because I don't have the energy to dress up and the second viewing is at Ryerson's. Ech.

Josh Ritter called Ryerson's "like a learning annex or community college". People clapped. Ha.
